At Woodall & McNeill, we know that you have a lot of questions in mind before booking for a consultation or dental treatment. To help ease your mind, please refer to the list of frequently asked questions by dental patients.

Call our office at 919-755-9887. Your next dental examination at Woodall & McNeill can be conveniently scheduled by our front desk personnel. Please inform us if you are a new patient, and we will give you all the information you want for your initial dental appointment.

We aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your first visit. Our friendly dental team will greet you, take you through your appointment, and address any concerns you may have.

If you haven’t had the chance to answer our online patient forms before your visit, we will ask you to fill out the physical forms when you arrive at the reception. Then, you will go through a new patient complete exam that includes X-rays, periodontal evaluation, and oral cancer screening. You will meet with our dentist and create a written treatment plan to help preserve or enhance your dental health based on the findings of your dental examination.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit Extended Financing, and numerous dental insurance plans.

As a full-service dental office, Woodall & McNeill provides a variety of dental services, such as family general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive dentistry.

Yes. Our dentists at Woodall & McNeill will offer different types of sedatives to help make your dental treatments as comfortable as possible. If you feel pain while in treatment, we will immediately stop, administer more anesthetic, and then continue only once you feel comfortable.

We highly recommend seeing our dentists at least every six months for routine check-ups and cleanings. This will help us monitor your oral health, see early signs of dental problems, and prevent them from getting worse.
